Job Description:
The Subscription Service Account Manager will manage the software maintenance contract renewals for SolidWorks 3D CAD software. These duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Heavy outgoing phone call volume to our customer base. Monthly technical support subscription renewal quotations and follow up phone calls and emails.
  • Use of Netsuite database to create a large number of quotations and reports.
  • Quarterly customer service phone calls.
  • Contact all customers whose tech support contract has lapsed to renew their maintenance. Navigate through customer contacts to get to correct decision maker.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in sales and/or customer service position.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft programs including Excel and Word - 2 years.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining a high level of quality and commitment to project timeframes.
  • Self-starter who needs minimal direction.
  • Independently plan, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to multi-task, shifting back and forth effectively between two or more activities or sources of information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills:
    • Ability to speak clearly and concisely
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills:
    • Establishing rapport and working well with others
    • Good communication, teamwork, problem solving and trouble shooting skills

  • This is an 8-5 onsite position - attendance and punctuality are critical for success.
