I have been working with Hawk Ridge Systems for over 15 years. I received my initial SolidWorks training from them. When hired by Intralase, I changed the company from their existing VAR to Hawk Ridge. I have yet to find a VAR that can compete with them in service, knowledge of SolidWorks or any other Dassault application. I have yet to be disappointed when dealing with them.

Job Description:
The Subscription Recapture Sales Representative will manage every facet of the Software Subscription Recapture Program which is focused on recapturing software maintenance & support contracts which have lapsed or expired. This includes outbound phone calls, email communications and managing the process for identifying the critical success factors needed for customers to buy or resume software support. Extensive phone follow-up, objection handling and managing the database of customers are keys to success. Performance is measured on how many licenses you are able to bring back on support services. These duties will include but are not limited to:

Heavy outgoing phone call volume to our customer base which is not on software support. Prepare email communications and maintenance contract subscription quotes. Follow-up customer communications to obtain order.

Use of NetSuite CRM software to create customers’ quotations and reports.

Creatively navigate through customer contacts to get to the correct decision maker to close the sale.
Job Requirements:

2-5 years’ experience in inside sales and/or software customer service.

Self-starter who needs minimal direction.
