For all customers entitled to 3DVIA Composer products, installation files are now available for download from the SolidWorks Customer Portal. Installation DVDs should arrive by early February but if you do not receive them by the middle of February, please contact Hawk Ridge Systems technical support. Important Notes About the V6R2010x Products: Windows 7 is a supported operating system starting with V6R2010x. All previous versions will not be supported on Windows 7.
Installation Notes: Hawk Ridge Systems recommends that customers who are ready to move to V6R2010x begin testing and implementation with this release to take advantage of the many great features of the V6R2010x products. However as with every major release, Hawk Ridge Systems recommends caution when implementing new software for production use and highly recommends that customers backup and test their data prior to implementing the new version for all users in their environment.
