SolidWorks Acquires Priware
SolidWorks has announced the acquisition of Priware and is now including CircuitWorks in the SolidWorks Office Premium package. For each seat of CircuitWorks, your company is eligible for a free upgrade of an existing license of (SolidWorks, SolidWorks Office, or SolidWorks Office Professional) to SolidWorks Office Premium. You will receive the additional functionality of the SolidWorks Office Premium package and in most instances this will also result in lower maintenance costs. If your CircuitWorks subscription service was up-to-date as of March 26, 2008 this upgrade will occur at no cost. If your CircuitWorks subscription service expired, the upgrade will be available for a fee of $700 per license of CircuitWorks.
