SOLIDWORKS 2018 introduces a new integrated CAM package, SOLIDWORKS CAM Professional, that can be purchased as an additional product from SOLIDWORKS. This package allows you to program parts for CNC manufacturing including a wide range of milling and turning operations, high-speed material removal to speed up production on the shop floor and fixture avoidance to prevent costly machine crashes.
